Beef goulash is a fairly simple recipe to make with big time flavor. Start by melting the butter in a 6 quart dutch oven. Brown the meat on all four sides then remove from the pan and set aside. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened. Add tomato paste and tomatoes and stir. Add the meat back to the pan with the juices, add the broth, red wine, marjoram, and salt. Let the mixture come to a simmer, cover and let cook for 1 hour, until meat falls apart. Add potatoes and let cook for another 15 minutes until tender. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!
