garlic parsley butter shrimp

1 lb
raw shrimp, deveined, shells off except for shells
1/4 cup
butter, softened
3 cloves
1/2 cup
North Shore Living Herbs® parsley
salt & pepper
lemon, juiced
Time to cook 20 minutes, serves 4 servings
Can butter ever really be a bad idea? Combined with parsley, lemon, and shrimp it couldn't get much better!


To make this yummy garlic parsley butter shrimp preheat your oven to 425°F. In a food processor add the butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Pulse until it turns into a paste. Take hold of the butter and spread in the bottom of a skillet. Arrange shrimp over the butter in the skillet then place the rest of the butter over the shrimp, making sure each shrimp has some butter. Place skillet in oven and bake for about 10-20 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice and serve hot. Enjoy!
