1 cup (about 40)
yellow lychees
1 tsp
ginger, sliced
2 tbsp
North Shore Living Herbs® Thai basil
lime, juiced
3 tbsp
4 cups
cold water

Cool off in these last summer months with this refreshing twist on a classic refreshment!


Making lychee limeade is much simpler then you may think! After you have peeled all your lychees the hard work is done. In a blender, add the lychee, ginger slices, and Thai basil. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl lined with cheese cloth. Picking up the edges of the cheesecloth, tightly squeeze all the liquid out of the blended mixture into a pitcher. Add the water and sugar and stir well. Serve over ice with more Thai basil. Enjoy!
