ice
1 1/2 oz
vodka
4 tbsp
pineapple puree
1 tbsp
lime, juiced
ginger beer

Try this refreshing and tropical cocktail to cool down on those fun summer days by the pool!

Gently muddle the cilantro leaves in a cocktail shaker to release their oils. Top with ice and vodka, pineapple puree, and lime juice and shake very well. Pour into a serving glass and top with ginger beer. Enjoy your refreshing pineapple cilantro moscow mule!

To make pineapple puree blend pineapple chunks in the blender until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
