salmon with lemon and chives sauce

1/2 cup
North Shore Living Herbs® chives, chopped
1 tbsp
dijon mustards
garlic cloves, minced
lemon zest
2 tbsp
lemon juice
4 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
8 oz
fillets of wild caught salmon
salt and pepper to taste
Time to cook 25 minutes, serves 2
With a burst of citrus to compliment the rich flavors of the salmon, you may have just found your new favorite go-to meal.


Preheat your oven to 400°F. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Spread on the flesh side of your fillets and bake until the fish is cooked through , but still tender and flaky for about 10-15 minutes. The sauce that has oozed over the sides will be bubbly and smell amazing. Enjoy this yummy salmon with lemon and chives sauce!
